The protection of people, environment and assets is crucial and a major key to project’s success and that safety is a fundamental part of the execution of any project.

GSA-EPC realizes that construction work involves many types of physical hazards, but believes that accidents and risks can be greatly reduced if everyone on the job knows and follows safe practices.

The provision of a safe and healthy working environment is therefore one of the project management prime responsibilities.

GSA-EPC Projects Ltd  management system has been certified under standards developed by the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) and according to 18001:2007 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

The Project Team, by effective Safety Management, will ensure that:

  • The project strategy is aimed to guarantee health and safety.
  • Safe site and safety work procedures are provided and maintained.
  • Staff is trained and competent to perform its duty.
  • All risks which could arise from the activities are assessed and either eliminated or reduced to acceptable levels.

To achieve the objectives, GSA-EPC Projects will ensure that the necessary resources will be made available and applied. The management will monitor and inspect all work locations, review and report on safety performance.
